We went in on 9 August 2007!

This is the day! This is the day! Will Baby Wee be out? Will Baby Wee be out? Will he have the same birthdate as Singapore National Day and our Bridesmaid, Royati?

Due to Kim having mild high blood pressure for the last few weeks, our gynae had adviced us to induce baby Wee out this week (38 weeks) instead of waiting for him to reach full term.

We had checked into a medium size room of a privately-own hospital (Columbia Asia Medical Centre, Miri). Kim was strapped to CTG monitor to check the baby Wee's heartbeat and Kim's contraction pattern.

However it was a uneventful day. Our gynae explained what happens naturally in two weeks' time is now being induced in 24hrs. Only after that will Kim feel the onset of natural contractions. That means Kim will experience the whole precedure about the next day. It seemed we would not be able to name our baby, Jonathan Wee Kuan Yew afterall... haha (just joking la!).
