Before delivering Jon, I enjoyed being e centre of attention. That changed once Jon was born. And after the teething initial month and getting used to a schedule of caring for Jon, I asked myself if I can truly come to terms with a gap in my work resume, no income of my own, and not being able to buy pretty things.
I found the sacred in simple living. Jon's health, my stable marriage, and my wealth of friends are more precious than the lifestyle I've been accustomed to. Living on less really could mean more. We have time to watch Jon grow. I have been reading Christian literature, scrapping for Jon, making cards for friends, and baking. I've finally taken my driving theory test, and will be taking my first driving lesson tomorrow...please pray that my instructor has a healthy heart!

Jon's "talking" lots now if you give him your attention.
