Happenings in March

The Elections in Malaysia came and went and it was more interesting than the politics in Singapore. There were campaign billboards splashed with black paint, challenges thrown to opposition parties to step down if they lose their bets on the race of the next mayor, print advertisements asking the people to vote for the ruling party (admitting that they may not have understood the sentiments on the ground previously but have now done their homework) and even TV adverts! The Oppositions won more seats this time, a total of 82 while BN won 140 seats. Sarawak still remains a BN bastion, although it won with reduced majority. Now that the election fever has subsided, it's time for work to be done.

I made my second attempt at the slope for the circuit driving test and failed again. This time, the Head Instructor says he will personally go through with me to see for himself where I went wrong before the next test. By the way, I scored 19 out of 20 for the road test, the 1 point being I didn't adjust the mirrors before driving off.

I also scrapped away on Jonathan as I was inspired by a new ring album bought in KL (smaller size). Apart from the first LO which is a 12" by 12", the rest are the smaller LOs. Do give me feedback.
