Jon's our funny big boy

Yesterday at the church cry room, Jonathan decided he was tall enough to go for the socket point on the wall, since he was tall enough to reach the door handle last week. He almost did, thankfully Simon stopped him. How? By distracting Jonathan with something else - car keys! Then it became a game of stopping Jonathan from putting the keys in his mouth! Hilarious! Again, it was time to distract him, so I gave him a box of mints. That too went into his mouth. After crawling away and hiding the tin of mints from us, Jon decided he was tired and went to the corner. Looks like he's made to stand in the corner, right? He figured he could rest by leaning against the wall, smart boy!When the congregation was asked to stand up, Jonathan realised that the boy outside was waving to him, and he decided to reach out to the boy to pass him the box of mints.He's tall but not that tall. But he sure is funny, he's our funny big boy.

Simon went fishing in the afternoon. As for me, I was stuck for ideas to make birthday cards for a few November babies. So sorry, the cards will be belated.
