Jonathan's a toddler

Jonathan's 18months old now and he likes to talk on the telephone...a lot. Whenever the phone rings, he will run over to see if anyone picks it up. He will request to speak on the phone even though he's talking baby talk. Even if the phone is not ringing, he will pick the receiver up and speak a few sentences. He does this a few times a day. I managed to take a couple of shots.
He's also wanting to drink from adult glasses or cups. I think after all the time watching us stir our hot drinks during breakfast time has made him want his own cup and spoon. Sometimes I can distract him with a plastic cup and spoon, sometimes not. No, he doesn't like his sippy cup. Some days, we will also pretend play with a big spoon and a large container in the study. he would pretend he's stirring something in his pot and feed me spoonfuls of his concoctions. And all the time saying, "Aaaarrrm." Just like what I say to Jon when feeding him. Here's a shot of him with us at a local coffee shop after church service on Sunday

I am currently so in love with these mini tag books made by Erinzam. They're about 3inches long and width and and you can jot down your thoughts or doodle whenever you're inspired. Don't you just love this Squirrel book? It's the perfect place to squirrel away your thoughts, ideas and sketches on the go?

Hello gal,

So good to see you scrapping again, missed seeing your LO's for quite awhile.

Thanks for leaving me sweet comments, and with your query on the "now" minibook i'm putting together for Kaylen, the pages are held together inside by 7 gypsies gaffer tape as well (but instead of having it the whole height of the page, i actually only taped the middle portion of the pages, and it is quite sturdy. I'm still in the midst of it, and will post the pictures when i get back from my trip.

I just also realise that both our lil guys are of the same age, Kay's born in the same year too, but in May. I'm seeing similarities in things they do now too, Kay's also loving chatting over the phone with his baby language!

You take care Kim, and hope you are feeling much better.
