To the fruit stall we went

MIL brought Jon to the office while she went to pump some gas for her car's air conditioning. Jon walked around the office and wanted FIL to play with the hanging shipping lights. He also played with pens in the office. The staff were very afraid that he would poke himself with the pens. Guess Jon had inherited my love for pens and markers.

MIL came back to get Jon and said she wanted to go buy fruits. I decided to go with her in case Jon climbs all over the car (there's no child seat in that car). Jon, in his usual fashion, walked around the fruit stall. He was getting bored, till I passed him this spongy fruit holder. Doesn't he look like he's taking orders.
Off he went to inspect the produce. Then I noticed he was still holding the pen from the office...
MIL thought it would be cute to have Jon posed with the fruits and even joked with the boss to say that he could use the photo as a poster. He just had to pay a nominal fee. I just quickly snapped a few photos, more fearly that Jon might just take the fruits and throw them, than worry about scrap-worthy pics!
Then we went to great grandparents' place to drop off some fruits. When MIL went down from the car, Jon climbed over to the driver's seat and proceeded to "drive". Not to worry, I locked the doors and the hand brakes were engaged.
There's that intense look again! If only I can capture a full front view of it. Very hilarious I tell you. Then there's also the cheeky-I-am-going-to-do-something-naughty look, and I-am-going-to-beat-you look. Hopefully, I will be able to capture those two looks one day, although I don't like the later look.
